Returns & Exchanges Policy

Nativeamericanclothes.com offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us to submit your request.

Complete your return/exchange – Please Email us and provide the order number that was sent to your email upon successful order placement.

Fill out the Order Number and Email fields.
Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and specify the reason(s).
Select your refund preference (Exchange or Return)
Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days. International returns will not have a label generated.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid USPS return labels so we can track your order. Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

We want to make shopping online as trouble free as shopping in a store. For this reason, we have made our Return Policy very simple.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to keep it, exchange it, or return it. All items are eligible for return/exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition: garments must be clean.

2. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

a. The goods received are wrong/damaged/faulty

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong/damaged/faulty items. Includes these cases:

  • The product doesn’t match the description on the website: Wrong items, wrong material, wrong size.
  • The product received is torn dirty, wet, hairy fabric.
  • The product received has visible defects with the print, blurred, or out of place.

b. Wrong size items

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong size product. Specifically, these products have wrong measurements compared to the product’s size guide (A difference of over 1.5″ from standard product measurements).

c. The package received is wrong/damaged/faulty due to the shipping process

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong/damaged/faulty items due to the shipping process. Please double-check the package carefully when receiving your orders. If you find the products are wrong, defective, or damaged, please return them to the courier immediately or contact nativeamericanclothes within 30 days of delivery for a short response and support.

Steps for returning products:

Contact us and clarify the issue with the products.

If you need to return/exchange products, send us an email at americanclothesnative@gmail.com or contact us.

When you contact us, please provide us with the information including:

  • Provide order information to confirm the order.
  • Provide photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the items that clearly show the damaged/wrong/faulty part that is different from the description on the website.
  • Photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width, length (If you receive the wrong size items)
  • Provide the information of the item that you want to be resent.

*NOTE: For order which has multiple items, please provide photos/videos of products that are put side by side lying on a flat surface.

Verify items meet the return requirements of Nativeamericanclothes

After confirming that your products are eligible for our exchange/return policy. Depending on your desired requirements. Want a refund or exchange for another product.

  • You will receive your refund within 10 business days.
  • The replacement product will be sent to you within 7 business days.

Products returned without our verification are ineligible for support. Wish you sympathize.

*Please kindly note, for all orders shipped outside the US, we will support all defective or unwanted orders within 60 days from the date of delivery.
